AI Phone Receptionist — for any type of business

Do you only build websites?
No. Websites are one service among several. We do marketing (social media, ads, SEO), AI assistants on chat and on the phone, automations, websites and custom projects, for businesses of any size.
Do you only work with small businesses?
No. The fixed-price website is designed for small businesses. For larger companies, online stores or projects with special requirements, we have "Custom Projects": you get a written quote after a discovery.
How much does a website cost?
The website has a fixed price: 990 lei for the first 3 clients (in exchange for a testimonial and a case study) · standard price 1,990 lei. Hosting and maintenance cost 79 lei/month (separate) and are required for the first 12 months, then month to month. Custom projects get a written quote tailored to your needs; we don't have a single price for them.
Can I speak to someone on the phone?
No. We communicate in writing only, and we reply within 24 hours on working days.
Do you work in English?
Yes. On request, we reply and work with you in English. Our terms and conditions are currently in Romanian only, and the Romanian version applies.
Can I get an AI assistant or AI phone receptionist without you building my site?
Yes. You can take them separately, whoever built your site. The setup fee is 490 lei; it's free with a Hey!Klevr website.
What happens if the AI assistant goes over its included conversations?
Start includes 300 conversations a month, Pro includes 1,000. Over the limit, packs of 100 conversations (29 lei) are paid by card before they're used. Automatic purchase, the monthly cap, what happens when there is no paid pack, and the email notices at 80% and 100% are explained on the AI Assistant page.
How are monthly subscriptions billed?
By calendar month, from the 1st. You pay the first month in proportion to the days left until the 1st; for the AI assistant and the receptionist, the conversations and minutes included in the first month are prorated the same way.
How do I choose between "Website in 7 Days" and "Custom Projects"?
If you run a small business and need a simple, fixed-price website, choose "Website in 7 Days". If you run a larger company, an online store, a web app, or need AI automations, choose "Custom Projects" — you'll get a written quote tailored to your needs.
