An AI chat assistant for your business

• Answers questions about your business at any hour, based on the information you give us.
• Collects the details of interested visitors (leads) so you can reply.
• Takes booking requests (Pro plan).
• Introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, as European law requires. It never pretends to be a person.
• Can use the name you choose, for example your business name or "Aida". Whatever the name, it says from the start that it is an AI assistant.

On your website it works as an on-page chat. With Pro, the same assistant also answers on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Any business that gets repeated questions or messages it can't read straight away: from a salon or a clinic to a larger company or an online store. You don't need a website built by us: the assistant can be added to an existing site.

Assistant: Happy to help. Which service, and what time would you prefer? Could you leave a phone number or email so the salon can confirm?

Assistant: I've noted your request: haircut and styling, Saturday, around 10. The salon will confirm in writing. Anything else I can help with?

The request reaches you in writing, and you give the confirmation.

Prices are final (we are not VAT-registered).

• What counts as a conversation: it starts when a visitor sends at least one message, on one channel. If they only open the chat and write nothing, it doesn't count.
• Included conversations (300 on Start, 1,000 on Pro) reset on the 1st of each month. Unused ones expire at the end of the month.
• Extra packs: 100 conversations = 29 lei, paid by card before they are used. Conversations from packs stay valid until you use them.
• Automatic purchase (optional): you turn it on with a saved card. By default there is no cap; you can set a monthly cap, for example 87 lei (3 packs).
• Alerts: we email you when you reach 80% and 100% of your included conversations.
• At the limit with no paid pack: the assistant starts no new conversations. Ones in progress finish, and new visitors see your contact details until you buy a pack or the next month starts.

• Setup: 490 lei, one-off; free if you have a website built by Hey!Klevr.
• Billing: by calendar month, from the 1st. You pay the first month in proportion to the days left, and the conversations included in that first month are prorated the same way (for example, Start from the 20th of a 30-day month: 11/30, i.e. 110 conversations).
• Payment: by card, in your client account. Nothing starts before payment.
• You can take the assistant on its own, without any other service from us.
