We get your business ready on Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile:

You create the accounts and keep the login details; we only get partner access. A Google Business Profile can only be created for businesses that deal with customers in person, at their premises or at the customer's location (Google's rule).

Price: 490 lei, one-off payment (Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile); +190 lei for each extra platform (TikTok, LinkedIn)

We prepare and manage your ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You set the maximum monthly ad budget once, when you accept the offer. Within that limit we start, change and stop ads without asking you again; the maximum budget only goes up with your written agreement. You can stop the ads at any time, and you get a monthly report.

At setup: the ad plan (who for, in which area, with what message, with what daily and monthly budget), the campaign structure and the ad texts in 2–3 test variants, guidance for photos and videos, the measurement plan (how we count the calls, messages or orders that come from the ads) and a check of the advertising rules for your line of business.

Every month: weekly monitoring of the ads, improvement proposals, up to 4 new ads or tests a month and the monthly report, in writing.

You take the photos and videos, following our guidance. If you'd like us to make them, you get a separate quote.

You pay the ad budget directly to Meta, with your own card. The Hey!Klevr invoice only shows our management fee, on a separate line.

Price: 690 lei setup + 690 lei/month management, minimum 3 months (the ad budget is paid separately, directly to Meta)

We prepare and manage your Google Ads campaigns, with access through our manager account. You set the maximum monthly budget when you accept the offer; within that limit we work without asking you again, and the maximum budget only goes up with your written agreement. You get a monthly report.

At setup and every month you get the same things as with Meta ads, including up to 4 new ads or tests a month.

You pay the ad budget directly to Google, with your own card. The Hey!Klevr invoice only shows our management fee, on a separate line.

Price: 890 lei setup + 990 lei/month management, minimum 3 months (the ad budget is paid separately, directly to Google)

Ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google, managed together, with a single monthly report. You pay the budgets yourself, directly to each platform.

If you have an online store, we don't limit the number of new ads and tests for Meta ads, Google Ads or the bundle. You pay the monthly management fee as a minimum, plus 3% of the net sales that come from our campaigns: the sales measured by the Meta pixel and the Google tag in the 7 days after a click on an ad, excluding VAT, cancelled orders and campaigns on the store's own name. You see the calculation in the monthly report; if an order was cancelled, tell us within 5 working days and we deduct it.

Price: 1,490 lei/month management for both platforms, minimum 3 months; setups are invoiced separately

SEO Local: Google Business Profile, optimisation of your website's pages (on-page SEO), 2 articles a month and a monthly report.

SEO Local price: 690 lei/month, minimum 3 months

SEO Pro: technical audit, 4 articles a month, ongoing optimisation and a monthly report.

SEO Pro price: 1,490 lei/month, minimum 3 months

1. The accounts are yours. You create them, following our step-by-step guides, and you keep the login details. If you like, we agree on a time when you do it, and we guide you in writing, in real time, until they're ready.
2. We don't ask for passwords. We only work with partner or manager access: Meta Business, the Google Ads manager account, Search Console and Google Business Profile.
3. You pay the ad budget directly to Meta or Google, with your own card. Hey!Klevr doesn't receive or handle any money for ads.
4. You set the budget: you choose the maximum monthly ad budget, and we don't go over it. We only raise it with your written agreement.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to Meta or Google, with your own card. Our invoice only shows our management fee.

Do I have to give you my account passwords?

No. The accounts stay yours; you only give us partner or manager access, and you can remove it at any time.

Can I take just one service?

Yes. Each service can be taken on its own; you get a written offer before we start.

Do you work in English?

Yes. On request, we reply and work with you in English. Our terms and conditions are currently in Romanian only, and the Romanian version applies.
