An AI phone receptionist that answers in Romanian

• Answers calls at any time, in Romanian.
• Takes bookings and requests and notes them down.
• Sends you a written summary of every call, by email or WhatsApp.
• Takes a message in delicate situations: for emergencies, complaints or questions it has no answer to, it takes a message and notifies you immediately.
• Doesn't make things up: it doesn't give prices, availability, or medical or legal advice that it hasn't been given by you.
• Inbound calls only. It never calls customers or prospects, not even for marketing.

At the start of every call it introduces itself as an AI assistant and says the call is recorded.

For written messages (website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) there is the AI chat assistant.

1. The number stays yours. You don't change it or move it.
2. You forward calls to our AI line, from the settings of your phone number (with your operator).
3. The receptionist answers on behalf of your business.
4. You receive the summary in writing after every call.

Please note: forwarding calls may be charged by your phone operator, depending on your plan. Check with your operator before you switch it on.

An illustrative example for a fictional business ("Example Salon"). It is not a real call. The receptionist speaks Romanian; the English below is a translation.

Receptionist: Good day, you've reached Example Salon! I'm the salon's AI virtual assistant. The call is recorded and may be shared with our service providers, so that we can help you as well as possible. How can I help you today?
Caller: Hello, I'd like to book a colouring appointment, Thursday afternoon.
Receptionist: I've noted your request: colouring, Thursday afternoon. May I have your name and a phone number where the salon can confirm?
Caller: Ana Popescu, 07xx xxx xxx.
Receptionist: Thank you, Ms Popescu. Your request has been passed to the salon, which will confirm. Have a good day!

The summary you receive (example):

Prices are final (we are not VAT-registered).

• Billing: by calendar month, from the 1st. You pay the first month in proportion to the days left, and the minutes included in that first month are prorated the same way.
• Included minutes reset on the 1st; unused ones expire at the end of the month. Minutes from paid packs stay valid until you use them.
• Automatic purchase (optional): with a saved card. By default there is no cap; you can set a monthly cap.
• No paid pack, after the 300 minutes: calls go straight to your own number.

You are the controller of the call data and Hey!Klevr processes it on your behalf; we sign a data processing agreement with every client. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 30 days at most.
