How we check every website before we deliver it

Before we send you your website for review, and before we publish it, we take it through a list of checks, step by step: from the texts and photos to how it behaves on a phone, speed, the contact form, the legal pages, the basics of SEO, accessibility, security, the domain and the handover. We check these things point by point, before you receive the site.

The 11 checks

1. Content

We check that every piece of information on the site — prices, opening hours, address, services — is exactly what you sent us, written correctly in your site's language (with diacritics, if it is in Romanian) and with no made-up information. Generic (stock) photos are never presented as real photos of your business, and reviews and team members only appear with their consent.

2. What you asked for, what you got

We check that the pages and features on the site match exactly the offer you accepted: nothing missing, and nothing extra that wasn't discussed with you.

3. Mobile

We check how the site looks and works on a phone, a tablet and a computer, at several screen sizes: the text has to be easy to read, and the menu and buttons easy to tap.

4. Speed

We check that the site loads quickly on a mobile connection, with images optimised for the web.

5. Form

We send test messages through the contact form and check that they arrive correctly at the agreed address, that the error messages are in your site's language, and that the form is protected against unwanted automated messages (spam).

6. Legal (GDPR)

We prepare the legal pages (privacy policy, cookie policy, legal information) from general templates, filled in with your business details, and we check that they appear in the footer of every page and that the details in them match what you told us. We also check that the site doesn't load outside services or save non-essential cookies before the visitor agrees. The legal pages are standard templates, not a legal review: you are responsible for their accuracy for your business. If your lawyer sends us the checked texts, we upload them to the site while you pay for hosting and maintenance, at most once a month.

7. SEO

We check that every page has a unique title and description and a single main heading, and that your business's basic details (name, address, phone, opening hours) are correct and consistent across the whole site — information that search engines use.

8. Accessibility

We check the colour contrast, whether the site can be used with the keyboard alone, and whether the images have text descriptions — so the site can also be used by visitors with disabilities.

9. Security

We check that the site only works over a secure connection (https), that there are no broken links, that no temporary placeholder text is left on the site, and that there are no passwords or access keys in its code.

10. Domain and email

At launch, we check that your domain is registered correctly in your name (or stays the one you already had). If you already have email on the domain, we copy its settings before the move and check with you that it still sends and receives messages after the site moves.

11. Handover

At the end, we send you the published site, with everything you need to know about hosting, maintenance and how to ask for a change. The site goes through all the checks above before you receive it.

This checklist is part of every website we deliver to our clients; it isn't a separate service. If your site has other features (for example online booking, a store or a customer account), we check those too before delivery. If you want a new website, checked step by step before delivery, see the offer.
